The organization strives to strengthen socio-economic independence through education, healthcare, livelihood support, and rural development initiatives, while fostering inclusive wellbeing for disadvantaged groups, farmers, artisans, and specially-abled individuals, enabling them to lead dignified and self-reliant lives.

Bardoli Welfare Society (BWS) has created measurable change across healthcare, livelihood, and community development in the Katni region. The organization has conducted 156 health camps, trained 115 individuals in vocational skills, supported 79 persons with disabilities, empowered 88 women, and provided legal aid to nearly 300 women and children. Through skill development, healthcare access, and digital literacy initiatives, BWS has helped beneficiaries achieve better health, sustainable income, and improved employment opportunities, creating lasting social impact.
About Us
Bardoli Welfare Society (BWS) is a registered non-governmental organization established on January 15, 2010, in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, under the leadership of Chairman Ramlakhan Choudhary. Guided by a human-centric philosophy, the organization works to empower marginalized communities with dignity and care while promoting self-reliance. BWS focuses on vocational training, handicrafts-based livelihood support, public healthcare outreach, and inclusive programs for specially-abled individuals. The society has organized 156 health camps, trained 115 individuals in vocational skills, empowered 88 women, and provided specialized support to 79 persons with disabilities. Registered with NITI Aayog’s NGO Darpan and holding 12A, 80G, and FCRA certifications, BWS ensures transparency while creating sustainable social and economic impact.

At Bardoli Welfare Society, we are committed to transforming lives through social welfare, community support, and empowerment. Our work focuses on providing underprivileged individuals and families with the resources they need to break the cycle of hardship and build a brighter, more self-reliant future.
1.Vocational Training
BWS operates a dedicated institute providing courses in computer literacy, embroidery, knitting, and readymade garment production to equip underprivileged youth and women with market-ready skills.
2. Public Health
The society manages a robust medical outreach program, having organized 156 health camps that provide free check-ups, medicines, and vaccinations to residents of urban slums and remote rural clusters.
3.Women Empowerment
BWS trains rural and underprivileged women to create cloth and wooden handicrafts, while also supporting them in selling their products through exhibitions and trade fairs to ensure sustainable income opportunities.
